Magnesium is the reference trace element for overwork, temporary fatigue, disturbed sleep, difficulty concentrating... ailments that immediately affect the eyes and the sensitive skin around the eyes.

Deficiencies are insidious and frequent, from teenagers to pregnant women, from athletes to the elderly - we're all affected to a greater or lesser extent!

High consumption of coffee, alcohol or diuretics only accentuates the deficiency. Not to mention the excessive use of industrial products often depleted in minerals and trace elements.
